Here’s another example: Robbery victim returned to discovered their Fort Loudoun, PA home had been broken into. They noticed small items missing, such as diamond rings, but larger items had been left behind, including his computer. The victim turned on said computer to find that the burglar, Jonathan Parker, had logged into his Facebook account, but failed to log out. With the help of one of Parker’s Facebook “friends”, police were able to track him down and recover more than $3500 in stolen goods.
But the moral of the story is, make sure that your home is always protected from those unwanted guests, no matter what!
